About
Meet Narelle
founder and yoga teacher
Narelle has been living in Narooma and practicing yoga for over 20 years, finding a deep sense of belonging and community through both.
Mantra Flow Yoga Narooma was born out of the desire to share this rich tradition of yoga with the local Narooma community and beyond. Whether you’re brand new to the practice or a long-time student, you’ll feel warmly welcomed here.
Forever a student of yoga, Narelle continues to explore and study the teachings of yoga, integrating these lessons into her classes. From well-balanced movement and thoughtful philosophy, to melodic harmonium music and guided meditation, Narelle’s classes give you the space and support to develop a lifelong, personal yoga practice.
Alice practices a blended style of yoga, incorporating vinyasa, yin and satyananda teachings to integrate the elements and focus on the sensations within your body.
Her love of yoga is in its ability to bring us into this present moment and to continuously evolve with the exploration of this human experience. Dedicated to helping others navigate what it is to feel healthy, Alice has worked around the world designing wellness programs for retreat centres and running naturopath workshops.
Alice’s classes welcome all students, from beginners to intermediate and everyone in between!
